Confrontation.confront(m)

Confronts the input model with the observational data.

This routine performs a mean-state analysis the details of which may be found in the documentation of ILAMB.ilamblib.AnalysisMeanState. If relationship information was provided, it will also perform the analysis documented in ILAMB.ilamblib.AnalysisRelationship. Output from the analysis is stored in a netCDF4 file in the output path.
